Do you want to learn more about Healthy Kids or attend a training?
You're in the right spot! Members of the community and community partners of all kinds are welcome to attend informational sessions and application assistance trainings. Anyone whose organization is interested in helping families apply for Healthy Kids must attend the full training in order to be fully trained and certified.
Information session
This session is open to members of the community interested in learning more about the Healthy Kids program - including community partners, parents, health care workers, and more. This session is 1.5 hours and includes information about the Healthy Kids program and Oregon Health Plan (OHP) Standard updates.
Application assistance training
This training is open to organizations who want to help families apply for Healthy Kids. This training is 3.5 hours and includes information about the Healthy Kids program, OHP Standard updates and comprehensive instructions for helping families complete the application process.
Trainings are ongoing and held throughout the state. Sessions are limited to 20 participants and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Note to Partners: You may register for training now, but if your organization plans to become a CAAO we recommend you turn in the RFA application prior to attending the training. Waivers are available for those who are not in the application process but want to learn more.
