Outreach grants
 The Targeted Outreach Grant Organizations (TOGO) will conduct outreach activities for families who face health disparities or are considered "hard to reach."
Grantees will educate local communities about Healthy Kids and help parents complete Healthy Kids applications.
The Office of Healthy Kids has awarded Targeted Outreach Grants to 27 organizations to conduct outreach activities to reach families who face health disparities or are considered "hard to reach."
The organizations selected are:

- Boys and Girls Clubs of the Greater Santiam
- Centro Cultural of Washington County
- Community Services Consortium
- Deschutes County Healthy Beginnings
- Ecumenical Ministries of Oregon, Northest Emergency Food Program
- Fair Share Research and Education Fund/Oregon Action
- Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO)
- Interface Network, Inc.
- Mano a Mano Family Center
- MountainStar Family Relief Nursery
- Native American Youth and Family Center
- Northwest Family Services
- Oregon Child Development Coalition
- Oregon Health Action Campaign
- Oregon School-Based Health Care Network
- Progressive Options
- SEIU Local 503
- Strengthening Rural Families
- United Community Action Network (UCAN Be Healthy)
- United Way of Lane County
- Urban League of Portland
- United Way of Lane County
- Washington County Commission on Children and Families
- Youth Contact, Inc., Hillsboro Family Resource Center
- YWCA of Salem
The above organizations will be funded to implement grant activities through June 30, 2010. Organizations making measurable progress in reaching their proposed goals will have the opportunity to extend their work through June 30, 2011.
