Application assisters
Certified Application Assistance Organizations (CAAO) will reach out to families in their local communities and help them apply for Healthy Kids health coverage.
CAAOs will receive $75 for each application they help complete that leads to at least one child enrolling in Healthy Kids. The $75 payment is through September 2010 or until further notice.
Become a Certified Application Assistance Organization:
To start the process to become a Certified Application Assistance Organization you must complete a RFA (Request for Application) 3115. Please follow directions within the RFA when submitting. Submission of RFA is mandatory prior to attending a training. The Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN) is the official Web site advertising this Request for Application (RFA) and is located at http://orpin.oregon.gov/open.dll/welcome. All updates will be posted in ORPIN prior to posting to the Healthy Kids Web site. The Office of Health Kids strongly urges you to register on ORPIN by clicking the "Supplier Registration" link on the ORPIN Web site.
